This Full Time position is located in Santa Rosa. You will be working with a very upbeat, positive and hard working team within a quickly expanding Real Estate Company. This is not a remote position.

The Client Transaction & Experience Manager is in charge of the client experience for both buyers and sellers and providing exceptional operational and transaction support to the team. 

The position reports directly to the Team Lead to ensure exceptional client service throughout the real estate transaction process. This is a salaried position and requires CA Real Estate License. 

The Client Transaction Manager will complete Accredited Staging Professional course

Salary (RP1): Competitive Salary Plus Annual Performance Bonus

Vacation:

Year 1 – 1 week, Year 2 – 2 weeks, Year 3+ – 3 weeks

Qualifications:

  • California real estate license required (May consider a 90 day window to obtain license for the right person)
  • Expert with California real estate contracts (CARs forms) a HUGE plus
  • Administrative experience
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and

prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and

confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise,

tact and diplomacy

  • Strong computer skills, including Mac proficiency
  • Commitment to be flexible with work hours and work overtime as

necessary

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all documentations relating to real estate transactions, such as

offers, counteroffers, addenda, and listing agreements

  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
  • Quality control and ensure all documentations relating to real estate

transactions are accurate and complete

  • Manage executive’s calendar, meeting coordination and

communication, administrative projects, and tasks requiring logistical

planning

  • Serve as liaison and central point of information on behalf of executive

with internal and external communication, provide information, provide

problem solutions and status updates, and assist with the coordination of

activities

  • Plan and coordinate client meetings including internal and external

events

  • Verify and disclose property facts to clients and third parties
  • Other duties as assigned from Executive
